The Challenge
Numpy Ninja Rise is a healthcare AI organization that trains and hires women for high-tech roles. Through their RISE program, they help women upskill in areas like Data Analytics and AI, creating a pipeline of talent for internal teams and the healthcare industry.
Our team was tasked with driving high-intent enrollments for the RISE training vertical. We replaced general ads with a messaging-based strategy to spark direct conversations with potential candidates. This approach focused on generating high-quality leads while keeping enrollment costs efficient.
Our Solution
We designed and executed a series of strategically segmented Meta Ads campaigns aimed at initiating one-to-one conversations with prospective candidates. Campaigns were structured to attract talent aligned with Numpy Ninja’s hiring requirements while enabling efficient qualification through conversational touchpoints.
